    1) Disconnect you computer from the internet and see if the Sandbox boots up. The Sandbox tries to pull the latest tutorial content from GitHub. If your firewall settings prevent you from accessing GitHut or GitHub is down, then Sandbox may not boot.

    2) Reboot the VM.

    3) Reboot your system. If you have never run a VM on your system and have just recently installed virtualization or modified your BIOS settings, you may need to do a cold boot (shut down, shut off, power on, start up).

    4) Remove the appliance and reimport it. For VirtualBox on Mac and Windows, please do not change the default settings.

    5) Download a new VM and reinstall as sometimes the VM is corrupted during the download process.
