  • #7989

How can I change other hadoop configurations such as HDFS replication factor which are not present in HDP web user interface?
    Thanks in advance.

you can use “hadoop fs -setrep” command to set replication for files/folders in HDFS.
Current HMC version is not allow you to set replication factor and some other parameters globally, this is planned to be implemented in future releases (plan is to expose all configuration options and properties through HMC).
Please, use hadoop command for now.
    Thank you!
