cluster using vm??

    can i actually try setting up a cluster of 3 sandbox VMs to try out the data replication just as a test?

    Hi Suan Hween,

    Yes, you should be able to. Make the VM’s network settings so that they can talk to each other. You may need to change the sanbox vm’s hostname so that they are different from each other. You would also need to change the hadoop configuration files so that they reflect each node’s role correctly.
