I am installing HDP 2.0 thru ambari ,on 2 node cluster, RHEL 5.8, I successfully installed the ambari-server, manually installed the agents on both the hosts.
Opened the installed wizard, it registered both the hosts successfully. But its throwing a warning saying

Firewall is running on the following hosts. Please configure the firewall to allow communications on the ports documented in the Configuring Ports section of the Ambari documentation
iptables Running Running on 2 hosts

But the iptables is stopped on both of them

    [t15bw5h@if21t01ha ~]$ service iptables status
    Firewall is stopped.
    [t15bw5h@if21t02ha ~]$ service iptables status
    Firewall is stopped.

Why is the installer complaining.. is this a bug ? I am afraid to proceed as it may cause issues. and rolling back is very painful
Please advice as to how I can get rid of this warning.
