A few questions I have on the distributed cache –

First how can you flush it?
Will a service restart cause the cache to clear out, or will it rebuild upon coming back online?
When you insert data into a hive table will that data automatically become cached, or is it only cached at query time?
If more data is asked to be cached than memory is available what stays and what goes (and will swapping occur)?
