    Hi,
I have a single node hadoop cluster setup on Windows7. I am now looking for a way to get eclipse kepler working. Where can I find the eclipse plugin in your distribution?
    Regards,
    Sreekant

I found a hadoop plugin for eclipse at http://code.google.com/p/hadoop-eclipse-plugin/downloads/detail?name=hadoop-0.20.3-dev-eclipse-plugin.jar&can=2&q=
Is this compatible with the hadoop in the windows install (hadoop-2.2.0.2.0.6.0-0009).

    Hi Sreekant,
Unfortunately, the hadoop eclipse plug-in is not currently being supported on HDP. It’s currently being looked into by the product team.

    Regards,
    Robert

    Hi,
Given that eclipse is not available, do you know where I can find resources to develop MapReduce applications on HDP?
In particular, I am looking for the client libraries for HDP development and ways to set it up and test it.
    Regards,
    Sreekant
