    Hi Oneide,

Is this the Sandbox, or have you built a cluster – if so what OS did you use?

    Thanks

    Hi Oneide,

Did you download the SANDBOX or did you install a HDP cluster from the downloads we provide?

    Thanks

    Hi Oneide,

Are you running the Sandbox on a 64 bit processor machine?

    Thanks

    Dave

    supports 32 and 64 bits.

    I tested with the 64-bit

    Hi Oneide,

Did you download the Sandbox for VMWare or VirtualBox ?
The Sandbox will only run on a 64 bit processor, can you check to ensure that the virtualization software you are running can run other 64 bit Virtual Machines?

    Thanks

    Dave

Testei agora no Hyper-v e la deu certo..

será alguma particularidade do Vitual Box ?

    #43370

Tested now in Hyper-v and it worked ..

will be some peculiarity of Vitual Box?

    Hi,

In Virtual Box did you select the OS as RedHat?

    Thanks

    Hi Oneide,

The Sandbox runs as a Linux VM.
As you have now got this working on Hyper-V as opposed to VirtualBox – this is probably a configuration error in Virtual Box.

    Thanks

    Dave

In virtual Box , check your VM settings. Linux version must be pointed to 64 bit OS, like Red Hat 64
