Error while yum installing HIVE

    I am trying to yum install Hive and see this error. I have installed Hadoop HDP 1.2 but still I am getting this error. Can someone help.

    ]$ sudo yum install hive hcatalog

    Requires: hadoop >= 0.20.2
    You could try using –skip-broken to work around the problem
    You could try running: rpm -Va –nofiles –nodigest

    Thanks for trying Hortonworks Data Platform.
    Did you tell the HDP installer (Ambari) to not install hive? Or did you do a manual installation of HDP?
