HADOOP local user requires elevated permissions

    The default permissions given by the install didn’t work when it came to starting the services and give an Access is Denied error (see output from hadoop-namenode-DEMON1.txt log below:)

    Have made .\hadoop part of the local administrators group and now its fine.
