    Hello,

I have successfully installed the HDP on WIndows7 in a single node cluster config as specified in the instructions. The installer gave a success message after the completion. But when I try to perform start_local_hdp_services, it gives me start failure for many services as follows:

    C:\hdp\hadoop>start_local_hdp_services
Start-Service : Service ‘Apache Hadoop datanode (datanode)’ start failed.
    At C:\hdp\hadoop\manage_local_hdp_services.ps1:52 char:29

    ler:ServiceController) [Start-Service], ServiceCommandException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : StartServiceFailed,Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands

Start-Service : Service 'Apache Hadoop jobtracker (jobtracker)' start failed.

What could be the possible resolve options?
    Any help is highly appreciated.
    Thanks
