    I have HDP2 , I created a Hbase table

    create ‘hivehbase’,’cf1′

Now when I tried to create an external Hive table and map to it ,I am getting the below error

CREATE EXTERNAL TABLE hivehbase(key int, name string)
    STORED BY ‘org.apache.hadoop.hive.hbase.HBaseStorageHandler’
    WITH SERDEPROPERTIES (“hbase.columns.mapping” = “:key,cf:name”)
    TBLPROPERTIES(“hbase.table.name” = “hivehbase”)

    ERROR exec.DDLTask: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/hadoop/hbase/HBaseConfiguration
    at org.apache.hadoop.hive.hbase.HBaseStorageHandler.setConf(HBaseStorageHandler.java:249)
    at org.apache.hadoop.util.ReflectionUtils.setConf(ReflectionUtils.java:73)
    at org.apache.hadoop.util.ReflectionUtils.newInstance(ReflectionUtils.java:133)
    at org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.metadata.HiveUtils.getStorageHandler(HiveUtils.java:290)
    at org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.metadata.Table.getStorageHandler(Table.java:285)

If any class paths needs to be added I need more info as to what class path and where it needs to be added.
    Please advice.
