    Hi,
I am using the HortonWorks Turorial installed on my Windows 7 box.
I get this error: Internal error processing query (code THRIFTAPPLICATION): None.

This happens when I am trying to create webloganalytics table.

Not doing it in Tutorial 6, but ran into same problem, multiple browsers. All loaded tables are affected. Was running fine, then any component that touches the tables, cannot see the, or present the data. In Ambari and Nagios. All hosts and services are showing green. The VM is Hyper V on server 2012. VM is 16 gig. Everything else seems to be working fine, smoke test comes back clean. Appears to be a zombie process. Any ideas?

    Hi Vijay

Please try these troubleshooting steps as you are the first to report this issue.

    Please try the following:

    1) A different browser (note IE10 and FireFox are not supported)
    2) Reboot the VM
    3) Re-download the dataset
    4) Remove and reinstall the VM
    5) Re-download the VM and re-install

If none of these work, please post your question to the Sandbox Forums at http://hortonworks.com/community/forums/forum/hortonworks-sandbox/

    Thanks,
    Cheryle
