Network Error

  • #55387

When I type in the address to connect to the browser GUI for Sandbox, I get the following connection error:
    “Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred: “Operation timed out”
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.”

Why is it failing to connect?
(I’ve already viewed similar topics on this forum, and I tried restarting Sandbox– same error– and I don’t think it’s a firewall issue, but how would I check/fix it if it is a firewall issue?)
    I’m running Sandbox 2.1 on VMWare Player 6.0.2 on a 32-bit Windows 7 machine.
