    the program seems successfully installed but no services are installed, why?

    Lei,

    Can you please provide more details such as OS, how many nodes you are trying to install, network resolution configuration, and log file? Can you please make sure your name resolution works correctly? You can try ‘ping -a ‘ command to make sure that you get correct IPv4 address.
