    Hi folks,
i use the ODBC Driver on my mac and installed everything like this:

    http://hortonworks.com/hadoop-tutorial/how-to-install-and-configure-the-hortonworks-odbc-driver-on-mac-os-x/

Connection works and a statement like “select * from testbase”, too.
But when i execute statements like this: “select status, count(*) from testbase group by status” i received the following error in odbc.log(see below).
The query itself works great in the hive interface, but not via ODBC.
    We’re using CDH 4.4, hive server 2.

    less /tmp/odbc.log
