HDP on Windows – Installation Forum

oozieservice can not start

    I install hortonWoks for windows( a single node install). OS is windows 2008 R2. install succefully, but start_local_hdp_service can not succeful, I check windows Service, only oozieService can not start. How to do that?
    the oozie logs is :
    Executing service action: start
    2013-05-28 16:07:19,071: Starting oozieservice …
    2013-05-28 16:07:21,281: Waiting for service to start
    2013-05-28 16:08:21,337: Timed-out waiting for Oozie Service to transition to running state
    2013-05-28 16:08:21,344: Failed to execute action: start

    Hi King,

    You can try launching the oozie service fromm the services control panel.
