    Can I use an ambari server on red hat to install a hadoop cluster on suse linux nodes ?

    Hi Alpesh,

    As long as the ambari-server can talk to the nodes on the correct ports then this shouldn’t be an issue.
    Just ensure the repositories are setup correctly on the suse linux nodes
