    Hi,
    I have set up a 4 node hadoop cluster . I am currently trying to run a MR job as user Synthia(drwxr-xr-x ) from windows eclipse, it gives me the following error :
    i tried exporting jar and run it in cluster its working.

    Hi Synthia,

    Can you try running basic MapReduce job on the cluster as user “Synthia” and mapred without Eclipse to isolate the issue?
