Problem When Add a New Stack

Hi!
I want to use ambari to install my own Hadoop stack. So first I reuse HDP stack definition for testing. But there is a problem. My steps are below.

1. Download HDP 2.0.6.1 repository and make my own local repository in VM.
2. Make a directory named ‘BDE’ in /var/lib/ambari-server/resources/stacks, then make a directory named ‘1.0.0’ in BDE.
3. Copy all files from /var/lib/ambari-server/resources/stacks/HDP/2.0.6/ to /var/lib/ambari-server/resources/stacks/BDE/1.0.0/
4. Change repoinfo.xml in BDE/1.0.0 directory like this:

<reposinfo>
<os type=”centos6″>
<repo>
<baseurl>http://c6402.ambari.apache.org/HDP/centos6/2.x/updates/2.0.6.1/</baseurl>
<repoid>BDE-1.0.0</repoid>
<reponame>BDE</reponame>
</repo>
</os>
<os type=”redhat6″>
<repo>
<baseurl>http://c6402.ambari.apache.org/HDP/centos6/2.x/updates/2.0.6.1/</baseurl>
<repoid>BDE-1.0.0</repoid>
<reponame>BDE</reponame>
</repo
</os>
<os type=”oraclelinux6″>
<repo>
<baseurl>http://c6402.ambari.apache.org/HDP/centos6/2.x/updates/2.0.6.1/</baseurl>
<repoid>BDE-1.0.0</repoid>
<reponame>BDE</reponame>
</repo>
</os>
</reposinfo>

5. start ambari-server and visit Cluster Install Wizard
6. Select stack BDE-1.0.0

Then I’ve got a problem at Choose Services step (http://c6402.ambari.apache.org:8080/#/installer/step4), I can’t see any service in this page. Is there something wrong in my steps?

PS. When I create a new stack under HDP directory(like HDP-10.0.0), there is no problem.

I’m getting this issue in Ambari Version 1.6.1. Is there a solution or a fix for this? Has anyone else ran into this before? Any help or ideas to try is greatly appreciated.
