Running Parallels 9 on OSX 10.7.5 and 10.8.5… and want to try Sandbox.

Can the VMWare sandbox image be successfully imported into Parallels 9 and run? I know there’s an import solution, but not sure if anyone has attempted this successfully.

Careful of installing 2 virtualization solutions at the same time on OS X (VirtualBox, Parallels, Fusion). Or can it be safely done if only one Hypervisor is run at a time? Obviously don’t want to corrupt my current Parallels/VM install.
