Swap NameNode & Secondary NameNode

    I set up a cluster on windows azure using a set of linux images, I configured two nodes bigger than the others to be my NameNode and Secodary Name node.
    Ambari picked the what I had planned to be the secondary namenode ( it was on a differnt subnet ) as the name node by default ( I previouly tried to change this but the installl kept failing ) . I now think it has messed up my cluster , I cant log on to the name node and cannot delete files from HDFS, Is there anyway to swap the two via the Ambari UI
