Table Creation – And Data Load

    Hello Community,

I am facing a problem while data load using HIVE. I am using a Json file to load data using hive, when the data is loaded all the fields from the file gets loaded into single field in the table.

For eg: Suppose the json file is having Field 1 and Field 2 with data in Field 1 = A and Field 2 = B, instead of getting loaded in their respective fields in table the data gets loaded in FIELD 1 only.

Please suggest the possible way of correcting the same.

    Awaiting response.

    Kumar Mayuresh.

    Hi Kumar,

Can you check if the serde defined for the table an parse the json data properly?
