Virtual box error

    I have windows 7 64 bit. Installed Oracle dropbox. No issues. When installed Hortonworks Sandbox 2.0 received the below error:
    I have checked 2 check boxes under settings->System->Acceleration. I do not want to touch my windows 7.0 bios. Pl suggest me a workaround.

    Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Hortonworks Sandbox 2.0.

    VT-x features locked or unavailable in MSR. (VERR_VMX_MSR_LOCKED_OR_DISABLED).

    Hi Raje,
    Please confirm virtualization is enabled in BIOS. This is a requirement to run the sandbox. There are some tools out there to check it if you do not want to touch the BIOS. See here -> http://yoyoclouds.wordpress.com/2012/04/25/how-to-check-whether-your-pc-has-virtualization-enabled-or-not/
