I’m very excited to be heading down under for DataWorks Summit/Hadoop Summit, at the International Convention Centre in Sydney, Australia. This big data community event designed for developers and technical decision makers and will be packed with information—featuring breakout sessions and crash courses on everything from open source technology best practices to real-life experiences shared by the community. Finally, it isn’t just about how to go from zero to live streaming in under 10 minutes—Andrew Psaltis, HDF/IoT product solutions architect at Hortonworks, will walk attendees through the progression of data in motion, and what it means to big data analytics and the business of enhancing data. More importantly, he’ll discuss how it makes data more useful to your business and your customer experience.
