This person will work with as part of the Global Sales Planning and Operations EMEA & APAC team to enable sales leadership in the region to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions, reporting directly to the VP Sales, International.

Responsibilities:

    • Driving operational improvements, share best practices, and implement scalable solutions to business challenges.
    • Gather onboarding metrics, sales performance data to measure success within region.
    • Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development.
    • Support to manage monthly on boarding for all EMEA Sales new hires to reduce ramp time
    • Support with Delivery of Global Sales Kick Off Event
    • Support with Delivery of Onsite Training & Workshops
    • Support & execute planning of all Quarterly Business Review Meetings
    • Ensure delivery and adoption of the company’s sales framework and other best practices
    • Support Global Sales Enablement planning to include roll out of training to track metrics to completion
    • Coordinated and prepared global markets’ responses to international briefs
    • Assisted with overall proposal development, including developing company-standard responses to international RFIs and RFPs

Requirements: 

    • Demonstrable knowledge of open source technologies and business models, Hadoop in particular would be an advantage
    • Sales enablement experience, with emphasis on coaching and mentorship
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written)
    • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills in one-on-one and group settings
    • Strong Analytical Mindset
    • Excellent at managing projects and task prioritisation
    • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
    • Enterprise SaaS experience highly preferred
    • Self-motivated; entrepreneurial spirit
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
