SR HR Business Partner,

Reports to: Director of Human Resources​, International

 

JOB MISSION

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast paced, growing, California based company.

As we continue to scale the HR team, the SR HRBP role will suit a dynamic, talented HR Professional

In this role, you will focus on partnering at all levels, supporting change, growth & leadership development.

In addition, you will work in close collaboration with Global HR.

This role is critical to our HR Operating Model and partners closely with the Recruiting organization to assure the successful outcome of business objectives. 

The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful SR HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will bring your Multinational HR expertise and creativity to bear as you support HR programs across all EMEA + APAC  
  • Work closely with Line Managers and build strong relationships such that a high quality, commercially focused HR service is delivered
  • Provide Business Partnering support for every levels of the business group from executive level as well as their teams
  • Provide guidance, leadership and consultation on all aspects of the employee experience including hiring, developing and retaining our talent, org design, onboarding, managing employee relations, reward, leadership effectiveness and employee performance
  • Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs
  • Participating in Group-wide HR projects as well as business driven initiatives
  • Aligns the right structure, cultural context, and practices to drive employee performance
  • Researches best practices and provides strategic recommendations based on data analysis and incorporation of metrics to measure outcomes.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field 
  • 6+ years of diverse HR experience within a large organization, with demonstrated competence across HR functional areas, ideally in technology industry (large and small company experience is a plus)
  • Excellent project management skills, including attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong knowledge of legal and employment regulations across EMEA
  • Experience in development of home country policies and procedures to support the compensation and benefits function
  • A professional mind-set that is aligned to value added HR
  • Organizational Development/Design/Effectiveness experience 
    strongly preferred
  • Fluency in a 2nd language, ideally French or German desirable
  • Agility, grit and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced growth environment with ever-changing needs and requirements.
