We are excited to host our first ever DFW Future of Data Meetup on 10/25 at the Addison Treehouse!
Joey Frazee, who is a Solutions Engineer at Hortonworks and member of the Apache Streams and Apache NiFi projects will be giving a presentation on The state of machine learning and artificial intelligence in marketing.
In this presentation Joey will review some common use cases in digital marketing and talk about how they can be addressed using Apache open source tools like Apache Streams , OpenNLP , and MXNet . He will also look at recent developments in ML and AI for audience intelligence and discuss areas for applications and prospects for future innovation.

About the Presenter:
Joey Frazee is a Solutions Engineer at Hortonworks and member of the Apache Streams and Apache NiFi projects. Previously Joey was a data scientist and director of engineering at People Pattern, where he built audience intelligence tools using machine learning and natural language processing. He lives in Austin, Texas.
