Luminar to be Honored at Ventana Business Technology Leadership Summit for Achieving Superior Results with

Big Data Analytics Using the Hortonworks Data Platform


DENVER and PALO ALTO, Calif. (April 23, 2013) Luminar, the first big data analytics and modeling provider focused specifically on U.S. Latino consumers, along with Hortonworks, a leading contributor to Apache Hadoop, today announced that Luminar was chosen as the Big Data winner for the Ventana Research Leadership Awards.

The award will be presented at the 2013 Ventana Research Business Technology Leadership Summit on May 29–30, 2013at the Hyatt Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco.
